A very tidy and lovely AirBnb studio/apartment equipped with everything you need. The kitchen also had dish soap, sponge, cloth. There was also bottled water, various tea bags, and some chocolate bar. (Coffee, can't remember.) It took a little long for the warm water to come in the kitchen. The bed was good--with memory foam mattress/pillow which is not my favorite though. There was a nice bathroom with a shampoo & shower gel dispenser and a laundry machine, including laundry detergent/softener. Lots of towels. 
Everything seemed to me quite new. The WIFI code was on a wall and worked perfectly. A quiet place; I noticed an cockoo around 7 am in the morning. I am a light sleeper. I guess most people wouldn't care. 
The communication with Pedro was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Superbe location if you want to be 10 min walking distance to El Cotillo.  I would absolutely recommend it.

Perfect little gem of a place in a quiet village of El Roque, just 15 minutes walk from El Cotillo. Really enjoyed staying here for 5 weeks. The space is great for anyone working remotely and generally anyone wanting something a bit quieter than Corralejo. Fast communication and good description to find the apartment. The apartment itself is very clean and beautiful designed. Also the localization is very good. Only small point from our side is, because of the glass door it gets there very hot and needs some time to cool off if you come back home and open everything. We spent 1 month in Casa Kiko and I highly recommend this place for both: working remotely and relax! Very spacious, comfy, clean, and fully equipped place. We really enjoyed our time there! The wifi works more than great, enough space to work (2 people), the kitchen is fully equipped. Additionally, there is a terrace with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, blankets, pillows. Probably the best Airbnb we have stayed at in Fuerteventura (and we have stayed in a lot). Casa Kiko is super comfortable and stylish too. The bed is memory foam and huge. The kitchen has everything you need and lots of cutlery etc. The outdoor space is fantastic. It's protected from the wind and very private which is always something we look for. Casa Kiko is a lovely place to stay.
The owner and his family are very helpful and friendly.
The place is quiet, very clean and has a generous terrace. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen and the house in general is very well equipped. 
The next town El Cotillo and its various beaches, restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance (2 km). To discover the island a car is defenetly recommended.
